After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package ships, we'll send a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders
  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking
  • Orders processed and shipped within 1 business day

International Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate of $24.99 per order
  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred

Package Responsibility

We carefully pack and ship every order. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier (like USPS), they are responsible for its delivery.

However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at owzarsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Special Addresses

We also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
